Please join us for the premiere of The Sound We See, the Fall 2010 EPFC Youth Filmmaking Project DVD. Three dozen students between the ages of 12 and 19 embarked on an epic 12-week adventure, creating a 24-hour portrait of Los Angeles on black and white 16mm film. The result is an exquisite cinematic symphony with live musical accompaniment that harkens back to the beginnings of film’s avant-garde tradition and shows the City of Angels in a whole new light.
